CYKL 395mm titanium fork for gravel bikepacking

Replacing your carbon fork with this titanium fork radically transforms your bike's handling. By shifting mass downward, it lowers the center of gravity: the bike instantly becomes more agile on singletracks and more stable during high-speed descents. Where carbon can feel harsh and buzzy, titanium absorbs road chatter, allowing you to ride longer without fatigue while maintaining razor-sharp line precision.

Key Features

Tri-Process: The combination of three manufacturing processes (3D printing, forging, hydroforming) to eliminate lateral flex and guarantee total steering precision.

Enhanced Handling: A lower center of gravity delivers a more responsive bike on descents and easier placement on technical singletracks, without compromising stability.

395 mm Geometry: Tire clearance up to 700x47C for all-road and gravel setups, designed for frames that cannot accommodate a longer fork and as a direct replacement for stock forks on non-CYKL titanium bikes.

Adventure-Ready: 6 standard integrated eyelets (rack and cargo cage compatible) and internal or semi-internal cable routing for a clean, reliable build. Dynamo hub compatible.

Custom Finish: All our titanium forks can be anodized. For custom finish requests, contact our workshop.

Indestructible & Lifetime Warranty: Because titanium does not corrode and withstands extreme stresses, this fork is backed by a lifetime warranty.

Certified Safety: Designed and tested in compliance with the European safety standard EN 14781.

Compatibility

This fork is engineered to fit most titanium frames on the market using modern standards. It is a proven upgrade to replace stock forks from other brands:

• Tapered steerer 1"½ – 1"⅛
• Front thru-axle 100x12 mm
• Flat Mount disc brake standard (Post Mount adapters compatible)

To preserve your bike's geometry, we recommend measuring the axle-to-crown length of your original fork before choosing between the 395 mm and 410 mm versions. If you have any doubts, contact us directly.
