The technical standard for high-velocity road and all-road builds. An aerodynamic Centerlock disc rotor featuring a 7075 aluminum core, engineered to minimize frontal drag without compromising the thermal dissipation of the braking surface.
The CHASER 0-AERO rotor is engineered to address a specific variable: reducing frontal aerodynamic drag without compromising thermal evacuation during sustained braking. Its closed architecture, developed through CFD analysis, isolates airflow from the hub interface while maintaining a competitive weight profile via a CNC-machined aluminum core.
Built to withstand significant mechanical stress, the heat-treated steel braking surface ensures uniform wear and consistent bite. This component is a rational choice for builds where top-end speed and thermal reliability are the primary requirements.
Key Technical Features
Structural Core: 7075 T6 aluminum flange designed to resist deformation under torque loads up to 130 Nm.
Braking Surface: SUS420 heat-treated stainless steel, ensuring thermal tolerance up to 500 °C to prevent brake fade.
Precision Machining: Full CNC-milled profile for strict flatness, eliminating vibrations and resonance during high-speed deceleration.
Aero Profile: Closed-surface design minimizes turbulence at the hub level, optimized for Road, TT, and fast Allroad configurations.
Compatibility
This 160mm Centerlock standard rotor is compatible with all current road and gravel braking systems. The SUS420 steel track is designed for use with both organic (resin) and metallic pads (e.g., Shimano L04C profiles).
Lockring is not included; please ensure the use of a lockring compatible with your specific axle standard (internal or external serration). Contact our workshop for build-specific compatibility inquiries.
