How long will it take to get my bike?
What's the point of buying a bike if you're not going to use it in eight months or next year? All our bikes and components are in stock year-round. However, we do have to take into account the potential disruptions caused by our suppliers and carriers for other components that aren't our brand.
Our average delivery time is 5-8 weeks. We strive to support you throughout your order and respond to all your messages.
How long is the frame guaranteed for?
All CYKL titanium frames come with a lifetime warranty. You're investing in a bike built to last.
Where are your frames manufactured?
Our titanium frames are manufactured in China , in one of the few factories capable of mastering 3D printing, CNC machining, forging and hydroforming of titanium .
We design all our frames and parts in-house , then we carry out the anodizing, laser engraving and final quality control of your bike in Montpellier .
Our approach is not one of “Made in France” at all costs, but one of engineering, pragmatism and transparency .
Can I customize the editing?
Absolutely.
Each bike is assembled to order, according to your desires, your needs, your playground and of course your budget.
What you can customize:
- Complete configuration, thanks to our online configurator, a call with our teams, or a visit to our showroom.
Each component is selected to work in perfect synergy with the frame, geometry, and your riding style. No compromises, no mismatched parts. - The design is also customizable: opt for anodization and/or custom laser engraving for a unique finish, sober or bold, but always elegant.
- Transmission, wheels, cockpit, seat post, tires: you choose, we advise.
Can I track my order?
Yes, an online customer area allows you to track the status of orders, deliveries, manage your personal information and find your history.
