Titanium Gravel Fork – Aerospace innovation at the service of cycling
Discover the first titanium gravel fork manufactured using 3D printing inspired by aerospace technology. This technological revolution from CYKL redefines gravel standards with its unique Grade 9 titanium construction, offering exceptional lateral stiffness and natural vibration damping. Available in 3 lengths and 2 configurations (with/without eyelets), it adapts perfectly to your riding style and bike geometry.
Technical advantages
Revolutionary aerospace 3D printing
Exclusive process inspired by the aerospace industry for unparalleled lateral rigidity and braking control. Geometry impossible to achieve with traditional welding.
High-performance Grade 9 titanium
Ti3Al-2.5V alloy naturally filters vibrations for exceptional comfort, even on degraded surfaces. Corrosion resistance and exceptional durability.
3 lengths available
Our fork is available in several lengths (axle-crown distance). The length you choose affects the maximum tire size, as well as the geometry and handling of your bike. Each length offers its own riding style:
• 385 mm: For a compact geometry and sharp handling. Ideal if you prioritize responsiveness and precision, with tires up to 700x40C.
• 395 mm: The perfect balance between agility, comfort and versatility. Allows the mounting of tires up to 700x45C, for uncompromising all-terrain gravel riding.
• 410 mm: To maximize tire capacity (up to 700x50C) and clearance, without sacrificing responsiveness. Perfect for adventure builds, bikepacking, or demanding terrain, while maintaining dynamic and precise handling.
Optimized internal duct routing
Dual cable exit (fork tube or shoulder) for a clean aesthetic and maximum protection of brake cables.
Modular fixing eyelets
Version with eyelets for bikepacking and load carrying, compatible with dynamo hubs. Version without eyelets for pure sport use.
Compatibility
Designed for our GRAAVE and RAAVE frames, this fork remains compatible with the majority of gravel bikes equipped with a 1½" - 1⅛" tapered headset and 100x12 mm thru axle.
Length selection guide
How to choose? Measure the distance between your wheel axle and the current fork crown, then define your intended use:
385 mm - The Sportif
Ideal if you're looking for a lively and responsive ride. Perfect for fast gravel riding and short, dynamic outings. Narrow tires (700x40C max) for less rolling resistance.
395 mm - The Versatile
The perfect compromise between performance and comfort. Suitable for 80% of gravel riders. 700x45C tires for an excellent balance of grip and speed.
410 mm - The Adventurer
For bikepacking, long distances and difficult terrain. High stack height for comfort and stability when loaded. Wide tires (700x50C) for maximum grip.
CYKL Team Note: The 410mm fork is our best-seller. Why such success? Because it offers a unique advantage: a more comfortable riding position and the ability to fit tires up to 50c, without compromising performance. It remains ultra-responsive and precise, ideal for those who want to ride fast and far, on all terrains.

CYKL Team Council
" This titanium fork is our technological pride and joy. Thanks to 3D printing, we achieve geometries and lateral stiffness impossible to obtain with traditional welding. Regarding length: the 395mm will suit most uses, the 385mm for those who want a very responsive bike, and the 410mm to maximize comfort and tire clearance without sacrificing agility. And above all: take the time to measure your current fork before ordering!
