The definitive upgrade to stabilize your front end. An indestructible fork combining the natural vibration damping of titanium and the stiffness of Tri-Process technology to permanently erase the vague steering of a carbon fork. You won't want to go back to carbon.
The definitive upgrade: experience the precision and comfort of an indestructible front end.
Our titanium forks, like all our titanium components, are backed by a lifetime warranty.
Replacing your carbon fork with this titanium model radically transforms your bike's handling. By shifting the mass downwards, you lower the center of gravity: the bike instantly becomes more maneuverable on singletracks and more stable when descending a mountain pass at high speed. Where carbon can feel harsh and resonant, titanium filters out road irregularities, allowing you to ride longer without fatigue while maintaining a pinpoint trajectory.
Thanks to our Tri-Process manufacturing method, we have resolved the main flaw of older titanium forks: lack of stiffness. By combining 3D printing, forging, and hydroforming, we achieve an ultra-stiff and reactive structure, even with a heavy bikepacking load. Naturally impervious to corrosion and mechanical fatigue, titanium gives this component a truly indestructible robustness. Once accustomed to this reactivity and reliability, switching back to a carbon fork will leave the front of your bike feeling vague and fragile.
Key Features
Tri-Process: The combination of three manufacturing processes (3D printing, forging, hydroforming) to eliminate lateral flex and guarantee total steering precision.
Enhanced Maneuverability: A lowered center of gravity for a more playful bike on descents and easier placement in technical singletracks, without losing stability.
Two Geometries: Available in 395 mm (up to 700x47C) for an all-road setup, and 410 mm (up to 700x55C) for maximum clearance and committed bikepacking.
Adventure-Ready: 6 integrated mounting eyelets as standard (compatible with racks and cages) and internal or semi-internal cable routing for a clean and reliable build. Dynamo hub compatible.
Custom Finish: All our titanium forks can be anodized. For any specific finish requests, contact our workshop.
Indestructible & Lifetime Warranty: Because titanium does not corrode and withstands the harshest stresses, this fork is guaranteed for life.
Validated Safety: Design certified to the EN 14781 European safety standard.
Compatibility
Initially developed for the CYKL GRAAVE (in the original 410 mm length), this fork is designed to integrate with the majority of titanium frames on the market equipped with modern standards:
Tapered steerer 1"½ – 1"⅛
100x12 mm front thru-axle
Flat Mount braking standard. Compatible with Post Mount adapters.
To maintain the geometric balance of your current bike, it is recommended to measure the axle-to-crown distance of your original fork before selecting the 395 mm or 410 mm version. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you.

Tri-Process Manufacturing
The Tri-Process architecture tailors the manufacturing method to the specific constraints of each zone: a 3D-printed crown for precise cable integration, hydroformed lowers to eliminate lateral flex, and forged dropouts for absolute strength under braking forces. The result: an unyielding front end, even under load.
