What is the advantage of titanium spacers over standard aluminum or plastic ones?

Titanium provides an optimal balance of strength, stability, and technical finish. Grade 5 titanium spacers do not deform or compress over time and exhibit high corrosion resistance. They ensure a clean, durable cockpit assembly with a high-end execution, particularly when paired with titanium frames or components.

Should I choose individual spacers or the 5-piece pack?

If your required stack height is already precisely defined, individual units are ideal for completing a specific build. The 5-piece pack (5, 10, 15, 25, and 30 mm) is designed for position tuning or evolving cockpit setups. It provides the necessary range to refine handlebar height progressively without requiring additional parts.

Is there a maximum stack height to respect for safety?

Yes, the maximum stack height under the stem is determined by the fork and headset manufacturer's specifications, especially regarding carbon steerer tubes. It is mandatory to remain within the limits defined in the technical manual of the frame or fork. If a more upright position is required, consider adjusting stem angle or length. In case of doubt, contact us with your frame and fork references.

Titanium Headset Spacers

Engineered for precise cockpit height adjustment. These spacers are machined from Grade 5 titanium to ensure a perfectly flat contact surface and strict tolerances under the stem. Available individually or as a full pack, they maintain the mechanical integrity of your steering assembly.

The anodization process is performed manually in our workshop. This technical treatment directly on the titanium may result in subtle color variations, which are inherent to the material's reactive properties.

Technical Highlights

Grade 5 Titanium: Optimized strength-to-weight ratio (5g to 10g depending on thickness).

CNC Machined: Guarantees perfectly parallel contact surfaces for a stable, creak-free stack.

Adjustable Height: Available in 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 25mm, or as a complete pack for custom fitment.

Finishes: Raw titanium or in-house anodized options (Bronze, Gold, Green Gold, Sky Blue, Blue, Violet, Rose Gold).

Compatibility

Designed for seamless geometric integration with CYKL titanium stems and the majority of industry-standard setups. Ensure you follow the maximum stack height recommendations provided by your fork manufacturer during installation. Technical assistance required? Contact our workshop.
