RAAD TITANIUM - PERFORMANCE
Our performance pack
The Performance pack incorporates all the qualities of the Premium and Ultimate packs, but with a selection of components offering unbeatable value for money for a titanium mountain bike.
RAAD presentation
The RAAD stands out as a hardtail mountain bike with a decidedly modern geometry. Designed specifically for trail riding, it is equipped with a fork offering exceptional performance, with a travel of 130 mm or 140 mm. In addition, the RAAD is equipped with adjustable rear chainstays according to the BOOST standard, thus offering the possibility of adapting the bike's behavior to the rider's preferences. These sliding chainstays even allow the option of mounting a single speed for purists.
RAAD Geometry
The RAAD's clever geometry design is revealed with a 76° seatpost angle, providing optimal efficiency and undeniable pleasure on climbs. Unlike many "trail" or hardtails (hardtail enduro mountain bikes), the RAAD stands out for its remarkable balance, showing off a sleek silhouette and a sloping top tube aligned with the seatstays. The low standover height simplifies handling, while the bottom bracket height is kept at 310 mm to ensure a low and stable center of gravity. The proportions of the stack-reach ratio, the head angle of 67° or 66° with a 140 mm fork, as well as the seat tube angle of 76° or 75° with a 140 mm fork, place the rider in a neutral position, promoting front-to-rear balance and improving traction on climbs. Downhill, the bike inspires confidence, allowing you to choose your lines with exceptional precision.
The RAAD is also compatible with our rigid carbon forks ortitanium for those who want to transform it into an expedition bike capable of taming the most hostile conditions on the planet.
RAAD Technical details
The RAAD's technical details make all the difference in use. Sliding chainstays allow for a multitude of configurations, thus modifying the bike's behavior. It also features an ISCG-05 mounting system for mounting a chain guide and/or a shoe, a 1/2-1/2 headset with bearings integrated into the frame for a sleek look and convenient attachment of bags to the handlebars, two mounts for bottles or accessories, as well as a T47-format bottom bracket, offering a stiffer transmission with less energy loss and increased durability.
