RAAVE Blue Tiger
Each ready-to-ride bike leaving our workshops is an exceptional piece, crafted with a careful selection of components and a unique frame customization. These exclusive creations are limited to just ten numbered and signed pieces, accompanied by an NFT authentication guaranteeing their uniqueness.
Originally assembled for a bike café sports journalist. This assembly was designed for the demanding gravel races in the south of France. This sporty and high-performance assembly is now available as a specific "ready to ride" assembly. Delivered to your home assembled and adjusted. The assembly
The choice fell on a full titanium frame kit with our carbon gravel cockpit . The logic is to prioritize performance and sportiness without sacrificing the durability and comfort provided by the titanium fork and seatpost. The CYKL cockpit brings aerodynamic gains and a refined aesthetic to the bike.
The SRAM RIVAL AXS electronic drivetrain needs no introduction. Reliable and fast, shifting is instant. Braking is adjustable, powerful, and consistent.
We have however modified this transmission to improve it. First with an ONIRII attack crankset Fully CNC machined to provide a significant gain in rigidity while being lighter than the original rival crankset (580 g against 706 g). The STONE chainring in 42 also CNC machined is stiffer than the SRAM offer. The 12-speed SUNRACE 10-44T XDR cassette presents an interesting alternative with a weight of only 345 g against 412 g for a Rival cassette. For information, a SRAM FORCE cassette weighs 378 g. but also because its one-piece steel construction makes it much stronger and more durable.
The wheels are the excellent ELITE DRIVE G45 SS . These Gravel-specific wheels have a fairly high rim profile of 45 mm and an internal width of 23 mm to facilitate the mounting of tires. This is the SS version for "Stainless Spokes" The Sapim CX spokes steel spokes. This Steel version provides more comfort than the version with carbon spokes which are more reactive, but much too rigid in the broken paths of the south of France. The tires are Pirelli Cinturato Gravel H in 700 / 40C with brown sidewall which offer excellent performance. The saddle is a Selle Italia Novus boost evo x cross with steel rails always to provide a little comfort. Finally, the ciclovation Advanced grind touch silicone handlebar tape with double thickness in blue Gel complements the blue of the anodization.
Personalization
We developed this "camouflage, Tiger" pattern. We wanted a contrast with the slightly dull brown and the electric blue stripes. The blue is echoed with the handlebar tape, the brown with the tire sidewalls. Only on the front of the bike. The rest is left in brushed titanium for easier maintenance.
