Features

The NOVA RIDE bottom bracket is made from anodized 7075 T6 aluminum alloy, with several colors available. It is robust and durable, guaranteeing exceptional longevity.

Ceramic balls are more resistant to wear and heat than traditional metal bearings, allowing them to perform better and have lower rolling resistance. It is available in two widths to fit the majority of bikes on the market. They are suitable for all types of riding such as road cycling , gravel and mountain biking . They are compatible with our RAAVE-R , RAAVE-G , GRAAVE and RAAD models.

The special key is provided to tighten your bottom bracket during installation.

Two-tone anodizing

Double anodizing is a highly technical finishing process that allows two distinct colors to be applied to a single aluminum part. Unlike traditional anodizing, this method relies on a series of precise and rigorous steps.

The first phase consists of an anodizing bath intended to deposit a uniform black tint over the entire surface. Selective machining is then carried out to locally remove this layer and expose the areas that will receive the second color. Finally, the part is immersed in a second anodizing bath , which allows a contrasting tint to be obtained on the machined parts.

This treatment is unusual because it requires a high level of precision and constant quality control at every stage. We use this technique to offer exclusive finishes , combining refined aesthetics , increased resistance and a strong visual identity .
